MESSAGE 

MEANING / ACTION 

The `Date established' or the `Date registered' has not 

been entered. 

OR 

You have either not specified a relationship Start Date 

for a new PCO, or have removed the Start Date for the 

current PCO composition. 

Enter the missing date(s).

CLOSURE too early 

The `Date closed' must be after the `Date registered'.  

Also, it must not be earlier than the Start Date of the 

most recent relationship for this PCO, or than the Start 

Date of any Merge Out from this PCO. 

NAME invalid 

The `Contact Name' field must not contain  special 

characters  such as /  \  ,  #  |  @     [ ] { } _ * ~ ^ $ or  .  

Enter a valid contact name.

ADDRESS missing 

The first PCO `Address' field must not be left blank.  

Enter the PCO contact address.

ADDRESS invalid 

The PCO `Address' fields must not contain  special 

characters  such as /  \  ,  #  |  @     [ ] { } _ * ~ ^ $ or  .  

Enter a valid PCO contact address.

POSTCODE invalid 

The postcode you have entered is not a valid postcode 

format.  

Either enter the correct postcode or leave this 

field blank.

STD CODE invalid 

You have entered an STD code which contains 

something other than numeric characters.  

Either enter 

the correct STD code or leave this field (and the `Tel 

no.' and `Fax no.' fields) blank.

TEL NO. invalid 

You have entered a telephone number which contains 

something other than numeric characters.  

Either enter 

the correct telephone number or leave this field blank.

FAX invalid 

You have entered a fax number which contains 

something other than numeric characters.  

Either enter 

the correct fax number or leave this field blank.

BOARD invalid 

The `Board Composition' fields must not contain 

 special characters  such as /  \  ,  #  |  @     [ ] { } _ * ~ 

^ $ or  .  

Enter a valid name.

BOARD in use 

In one of the `Board Composition' fields, you have 

entered the name of someone who is already recorded as 

being on the board of the PCO.  

Re enter the `Board 

Composition' names correctly.

BOARD duplicated 

In the `Board Composition' fields, you have entered the 

same name twice.  

Remove one of the duplicated names.
