Screen 5   Patient PCO Information Screen 

This screen is read only.  It is used to display GP, partnership, practice and PCO 

information for a specific patient.  Start dates and end dates (if applicable) are given. 

Directions to  Display the Patient PCO Information Screen 

1. 

To display the Patient PCO Information Screen, enter a key of 

HG

 with a 

qualifier of the patient's 

NHS number

NOTE 

If the patient's GP has not been associated with a practice (and therefore is 

not associated with a PCO), the  Current Practice  and  Current PCG  

fields will contain only `?' characters, and the Practice End Date will be 

blank. 

If the patient's GP has been associated with a practice, but this practice has 

not been associated with a PCO): then the  Current Practice  fields will 

contain practice information; but the  Current PCG  field will contain only 

`?' characters.
