Error Messages 

MESSAGE 

MEANING / ACTION 

FULL ACCESS REQUIRED 

You do not have access to the BK screen.  Only 

users with FULL access rights can use this screen. 

QUALIFIER MUST BE PRESENT 

Enter a valid qualifier. 

QUALIFIER   GP SURNAME 

You have entered a qualifier beginning with a 

MISSING 

comma.  The GP surname should be given before 

the comma. 

QUALIFIER   GP SURNAME NOT 

You have entered a qualifier containing a comma, 

KNOWN   Select GP from index 

preceded by a GP surname which cannot be found 

on the database.  The GL screen will appear, so that 

you can check the doctor's name and then re enter 

it correctly. 

NO DIRECT MATCH ON GP 

You have entered a qualifier containing a comma, 

NAME   Select GP from index 

preceded by a GP surname which occurs more than 

once on the database.  The GL screen will appear, 

so that you can check which doctor you are 

interested in, and then re enter either his name and 

initial(s) or his GP code. 

NO DIRECT MATCH ON GP 

You have entered a qualifier with a GP surname 

INITIALS   Select GP from index 

and initial(s) which occurs more than once on the 

database.  The GL screen will appear, so that you 

can check which doctor you are interested in, and 

then re enter his GP code. 

GP INITIALS NOT KNOWN   

You have entered a qualifier containing a GP 

Select GP from index 

surname which occurs on the database, but with 

initial(s) which do not.  The GL screen will appear, 

so that you can check which doctor you are 

interested in, and then re enter either his name and 

correct initial(s) or his GP code. 

QUALIFIER INVALID   DUMMY 

You have entered a qualifier which specifies a 

DOCTOR 

`dummy' GP. 

QUALIFIER INVALID   GP CODE 

You have entered a qualifier which does not 

UNKNOWN 

contain a comma, and which contains a GP code 

which cannot be found on the database.  Either 

enter a valid GP code, or a GP surname followed by 

a comma. 

GP NOT RESPONSIBLE 

You have specified a non responsible GP.
