Must be a valid date.

Must be after previous share date.

Must be after the start date of the partnership.

PAY IND missing 

Payment indicator must be entered if date present. 

PAY IND not reqd 

Only needed if a start date is entered. 

PAY IND invalid 

Characters allowed are I and P. 

SHARE missing 

Share must be present if indicator is P. 

SHARE invalid 

Entries allowed are A, N, share (fraction or percent) or 

space. 

SHARE invalid 

Share must be of the form 1/2 if a fraction and 50 or 27.65 if 

a percentage. 

I/P SHARE invalid 

Must not be present if indicator is I. 

SHARES inconsistent 

Cannot have both fractions and percentages in shares. 

SHARES do not total 

Must add up to 100 (percent) or 1 (fraction).

The contraceptive services indicator on page 2 of GD is set
