Understanding the Correspondence and Payment Screen 

Corres. Address 

The address to which partnership statements will be sent. 

All fields relating to banking details are READ ONLY. 

Method of Payment 

Defines the method used to make payments to the partnership:

BACS 

 X 

Other 

Account Name 

Name against which the account is held. 

Account Number 

Number which uniquely identifies the account to the bank. 

B.Soc Ref 

Building society reference number, if the account is with a building society. 

Bank Sort Code 

Defines the bank and branch, which is displayed in the format 99 99 99 

Bank Name 

Name of the bank (e.g. Lloyds Bank plc). 

Branch Address 

Two lines displaying the branch address of the bank. 

Autopay/Centre File No. 

This is a five digit numeric code used to control payment made through Autopay or 

Centre File. 

BACS Account Type 

A number (0   2) to define one of the following account types: 

0

 Current 

A/C 

1 

NatWest Deposit 

2

Other Savings A/C.
