Optimize EIDE Hard Drives 

Overview 

WebHost Manager allows you to optimize EIDE (Enhanced Integrated Drive 

Electronics) drives for significant performance speed and performance increases. 

WARNING: This function may cause your server to lock up or crash when 

performed on older chip sets. Use at your own risk. 

Steps

 To access the 

Disk Drives Menu

, click on 

Disk Drives

, on the main screen of 

your WebHost Manager interface.

 Click on 

Optimize EIDE Hard Drives

.

 Read the displayed warning.

 Click on 

Ok

 if you wish to proceed.
