3 Start the installation
You must have your data application started and tuned to the correct
transponder before you begin installation of the ASTRA proxy client (see the
end user documentation of your DVD S receiver to know how to start the
application). Tuning information can be found in Section 10 or may be
provided by your Service Provider.
The setup program should start automatically when you place the installation CD in your CD drive. If
necessary, it can be launched manually by double clicking on the file SETUP.EXE. The file is located
on the starting point of the CD.
Clicking Start > Run, typing D:\setup.exe in the Run dialogue box and clicking `OK' will also start the
installation routine. (Replace D with the letter assigned to your CD drive if the D is not the correct
letter.)
Note: If you launch the setup program with the proxy client software already installed, the installation
routine will ask you to `Confirm Uninstall` and will uninstall the ASTRA proxy client. You must launch
the setup program again to reinstall the proxy client software.
The Install Shield Wizard Proxy setup dialog box is
displayed.
Click on `Next`. The License Agreement dialog box
is displayed
Read through the software license agreement. To
accept it, click on the `Yes` button.
