The successful completion of this study is an outcome of the collective efforts of the 

Centre for Development and Population Activities (CEDPA) Nepal, CEDPA 

Washington, Aamaa Milan Kendra (AMK), the Centre for Research on Environment, 

Health and Population Activities (CREHPA) and many other individuals. 

The study team wishes to express its sincere gratitude to CEDPA for entrusting this 

important study to CREHPA. The study team is thankful to  the officials at AMK, 

CEDPA/Nepal and CEDPA/Washington for their useful feedback on research 

instruments and also their support for coordinating the research partners for various 

endline surveys. The support extended by AMK officials to facilitate the fieldwork 

implementation is also thankfully acknowledged.
