The Future According to the Book of Daniel 267
prominent women political leaders. This group of nations includes the U.S.,
and the leaders of European nations in exile, and unoccupied nations in
Africa, and other free nations. The preeminent horn is a prominent leader,
the great monarch. He leads the attack against the Arab forces in World
War IV. The attack proceeds from the United States to Europe across the
whole face of the earth without touching the ground, in other words, an
attack from the air. This could include missiles and various types of air
vehicles.
The forces led by the great monarch are unstoppable because they pray to
God, through the intercession of Mary and the Saints, and they ask for the
assistance of the angels. The two leaders of the Arab forces are unable to
withstand the attack; they are killed in the war. The great monarch frees the
occupied lands and even conquers the Arabs in their own nations.
{8:8} But the he goat among she goats became exceedingly great, and when
he had prospered, the great horn was shattered, and four horns were rising
up beneath it by means of the four winds of heaven.
The he goat is the great monarch and his kingdom. After World War IV,
and after supernatural punishments from God, the great monarch reigns
during a time of relative peace and holiness over a great kingdom, including
Europe, much of the Middle East, and parts of Africa. His political power
and influence is unprecedented. He presides over the rebuilding efforts after
the great war. He works with the Pope of that time, the Angelic Shepherd, to
rebuild society according to Catholic teaching.
When the reign of the great monarch ends, it is shattered. It does not
continue to be a holy kingdom based on faith and reason. It is divided into
four parts; four separate kingdoms. The four winds of heaven represent all
the nations of the world, who collectively express their opinions and exert
their influence so that the one kingdom of the great monarch is divided into
four less holy, more secular kingdoms.
{8:9} But from one of them came forth one little horn, and it became great
against the Meridian, and against the East, and against the strength.
Centuries after the end of the great monarch s reign, from out of one of the
four kingdoms into which the great monarch s kingdom is divided, the
Antichrist rises to power. The little horn is the Antichrist. At first, he is a
leader with little power. He becomes great by overcoming the Strength, and
by overcoming the Meridian (one of the ten kingdoms, the one based near
