Setup

Mailroute

This option allows you to configure your mail server. To ensure that Hosting 

Solution Engine email notifications reach their destinations, you must configure 

the Hosting Solution Engine's mail route by specifying an 

SMTP

 mail server. 

This setting affects all emailing notifications.

Procedure

Step 1

Select Administration >Setup > Mailroute.

Step 2

Enter the hostname or IP address of an SMTP mail server on your network and 

click Save.

Step 3

To remove the mail route, click Remove.

Step 4

To reset the mail route to the previous setting, click Reset.

Web Timeout

Use this option to configure the timeout period for the Hosting Solution Engine. 

The default timeout period for the Web interface is 30 minutes (1800 seconds). In 

other words, if there is no input for 30 minutes, you will be logged out.

Procedure

Step 1

Select Administration > Setup > Web Timeout.

Step 2

To change the timeout period:

a. In the Time Webout field, enter the new timeout setting (in seconds).

Caution

All services on the webserver will stop and restart when you change the 

settings. You will be logged out.

b. Click Set.
