Backup

Use this option to schedule a backup or run an immediate backup. You can back 

up Hosting Solution Engine domain, role, and user information, seed and 

discovery information.

Normal operations continue during the back up.

Before You Begin

Before you can back up Hosting Solution Engine data, you must configure the 

backup location (see 

Configure Backup/Restore, page 7 28

).

Procedure

Step 1

Select Administration > Software > Backup.

Step 2

Make sure the backup location information is correct.

Step 3

To run an immediate backup, click Backup Now.

Step 4

To schedule automatic backups:

a. Enter the start date and time.

  Select Every Month or a specific month.

  Select Every Day, a day of the week, or a day of the month.

  Select the time as hours (24 hour clock) and minutes (5 minute 

increments).

b. Click Schedule Backup.

Step 5

To cancel a scheduled backup, click Remove Scheduled Backup.
