Scheduling Email

TopN Reports

TopN reports include a number of the top devices. The results will be based on 

the data source you select. For example, if you select CPU and Top3, the results 

will show the top three devices using highest CPU.

Procedure

Step 1

Enter the start time the date and time the data collection will begin.

Step 2

Select the period period of data on which you want reported.

Step 3

Select the Show number number of devices you want polled and reported on.

Step 4

From the drop down list, select the value you want reported.

Step 5

Select Data Source the information you want the report to be based on (the 

options are single MIB variables).

Step 6

Click View to generate the report.

Clone an Existing Email Report

You can use this option to easily create multiple similar email schedules, by 

cloning a schedule and then editing just the settings you want to change.

Procedure

Step 1

Select Reports > Email Scheduler.

Step 2

Check the check box next to the report you want to clone, then click Clone. The 

Clone Email Report dialog box appears.

Step 3

Enter a unique name and (optional) description of the new report, then click Next.

Step 4

If all information in the Summary is correct, click Finish. If you want to make 

changes, click Back and make your changes, then finish.
