Using Reports

The Reports tab provides access to data for various devices and types of data. Data 

for the reports are not collected until a report is enabled and configured.

The information you see depends on your user login, which is assigned by the 

Hosting Solution Engine's system administrator.

Following are the subtabs under Reports:

Note

Some of the subtabs, options, and devices might not be visible to some users. Only 

users with system administration roles can add, edit, and delete reports.

Reports

The Reports subtab includes a list of enabled reports sorted by Family or by 

Device Type. To view a report you must open the Report Viewer. Open the Report 

Viewer by clicking on the report name.

Note

The Reports window is blank when first launched. To populate the Reports list, 

you must enable the reports (see 

Add Reports, page 6 2

). Data collection begins 

only after a report is enabled.
