Activating Server Load Balancing Services

Procedure

Step 1

Select Configure  > Activation. The Activation window appears.

Step 3

To save any device configuration changes, click Save Device Configuration in 

the properties form. The entire running configuration of the device (chassis in the 

case of CSM) is saved.

Activating and Suspending Device Services

Before You Begin

Ensure your devices are discovered and display properly in the configuration tree.

Procedure

Step 1

To activate services, expand the desired device in the left pane and select the 

check box next to the service you want to activate. 

Step 2

Click Activate on the tree. A window displaying the services you selected appears 

in the right pane. If the selected services cannot be activated, a message is 

displayed.
