Purpose

List closure for a Practice.

Practice List Closure History. Allows you to view a 

history of Patient List Closures for a particular 

Practice.

QMAS 

Two new fields have been added to the PC screen in order to allow NHAIS systems to 

easily pass information through to the QMAS about responsible GP practices; in 

particular, their contract type (GMS or PMS) and the effective date of that contract. 

The QMAS is a single server, web based solution interfacing with GP supplier 

systems to gather aspiration and achievement data.  

The new fields are: 

 Contract Type , which replaces  PMS indicator ; and 

 Contract Start Date . 

Details of these fields can be found below. 

Whilst it is accepted that, in some ways, this is a duplication of data as far as the 

NHAIS system is concerned, it is nonetheless essential that these fields are kept in line 

with partnership information so that the QMAS system can effectively calculate 

aspiration and achievement rewards.
