MESSAGE

X400 ID not reqd 

You have input an X400 User ID when the system is not 

set up to make payments using X400. 

SORT CODE missing 

You have not entered the bank sort code. 

SORT CODE invalid 

You have input an invalid bank sort code.  The sort code 

must be in the format nn nn nn, where n is a number 

(e.g.12 34 56). 

BACS USER invalid 

You have input an invalid BACS user.  The BACS user 

must be a positive number. 

ORG TITLE missing 

You have not entered a PCO name in the `Org Title' 

field. 

** FILE CHANGED SINCE 

When trying to store changes to PCO information 

LAST DISPLAY   PLEASE 

entered via the HG screen, the system has detected that 

TRY AGAIN ** 

someone else has made another amendment via the HG 

screen since you last displayed the information on your 

screen.  

`Restore' your screen, and make any further 

changes that may be necessary.

HSSB CODE invalid

The valid format for HSSB codes is  ZANNN , where 

 A  is an alphabetic character and  N  is a numeric. 

Correct the HSSB code you have entered.

HSSB CODE exists 

You cannot enter  core  information for a new HSSB 

with a HSSB code for which information is already held 

on the system. 

Check and re enter the HSSB code.

QMAS update pending 

This PCO has details awaiting transmission to the 

QMAS and may not be given a closure date at this time.
