 with a blank qualifier.

Understanding the Set Up New PCO Screen 
This screen is used to define  core  information for the new PCO which is to be set up. 
Only users with FULL access rights to the HG screen can set up a new PCO.  For users 
with Read Only access or Abbreviated access, only the Qualifier field is available for 
data entry (to display the details of an existing PCO on screen 2: see page 12 7). 
National Code
Enter the National code for the new organisation. 
The format of PCG codes is  4AANN , where `A' represents an alphabetic character 
and `N' represents a number (e.g. 4MR53, 4QW99, etc.). 
The format of PCT codes is  5AA  or  5AN  (e.g. 5GH, 5Q9, etc.). 
The format of Care Trust codes is  TAA  or  TAN  or  TNA  or  TNN  (e.g. TFA, 
TG6, T4E, T91, etc.). 
The format of Welsh LHB codes is  6AN  (e.g. 6T1, 6Y7, etc.). 
The format of Northern Irish HSSB codes is  Z , followed by one alphabetic and three 
numeric characters. 
Completion of this field is mandatory.
