Note that payment rates for Telephone Advice are included under  Payments for 

Treatment of Temporary Residents  (Qualifier: TEMP). 

Using the GR Detail Screens 

The detail screens are shown on the following pages.  They all have a similar format, 

and are used to view or change IOS rates and start dates for payment. 

The changes which can be made are: 

entering a new rate and start date; or 

amending/deleting the current rate. 

NOTE 

Only one of these changes can be made at a time.  The system will 

not allow you to make more than one change per charge code. 

Directions to Display the GR Detail Screens 

1. 

To view the detail screen for each category, enter a key of 

GR

 and the 

appropriate code in the qualifier, e.g. to view the Anaesthetist screen, enter a 

 qualifier 

of 

ANAES

. 

2. 

Enter the new rate and the start date as appropriate.  The three most recent 

changes are shown on screen.
