Understanding the Assistant Details Screen 

Allowance From 

Must be a valid date and cross refer to the assistant start dates. 

Allowance To 

Must be a valid date. 

Allowance Rate 

Must be a fraction or a percentage. 

Asst Code 

The code entered must refer to an assistant previously set up on screen AS. 

Start Date 

Must be a valid date.  This date defines a default Superannuation Start Date which may 

be viewed on page 2 of the AS (Assistant Details) screen. 

End Date 

Must be a valid date. 

Full/Part Time 

Characters allowed are F or P.  This is for reference. 

Salary 

Annual salary of the assistant.  Must be an amount up to 99999.99
