MESSAGE 

MEANING / ACTION 

END vs EOQ run 

The End Date cannot be before the End of Quarter if a 

balancing job has been run. 

CHANGE of END has 

QUERY message.  Should not change if End is before the 

serious Finance Implications 

last quarterly payment date. 

PAYMENT in progress 

End date cannot change if payment run is in progress. 

REASON absent 

Reason for leaving code must be present if an end date is 

input. 

REASON not reqd 

Must not be entered if no end date is input. 

REASON must be 1 9 

Characters allowed are 1 9. 

CONSENT invalid 

The  

Display Date of Birth

  field must either contain `Y' 

or `N', or be left blank. 

CANCEL invalid 

Must be C or R or space. 

Already Cancelled 

Cannot cancel if GP is already cancelled. 

New GP v Cancel 

Cannot cancel when entering a new GP. 

CANCEL v ENDDATE 

Must be a GP end date to be cancelled. 

Can t Cancel 

Cannot cancel if the GP has existing patients. 

A/B/D details exist 

Cannot remove end date when Abeyance, Bulk Transfer 

or Dispersal details exist. 

FJ GOLB requested 

A GMS GP who has received a Golden Hello payment 

cannot be ended if FJ GOLB has been requested, since 

the clawback record cannot be written to the GO screen. 

FJ PMPP requested 

A PMS GP who has received a Golden Hello payment 

cannot be ended if FJ PMPP has been requested since the 

clawback record cannot be written to the PV screen. 

FJ PMPP Print O/S 

A PMS GP who has received a Golden Hello payment 

cannot be ended if there are FJ PMPP prints in the FP G 

print queue. 

FJ PMPP Payment O/S 

A PMS GP who has received a Golden Hello payment 

cannot be ended if FJ PMPP payments are outstanding.

FJ PMSL running 

A PMS GP who has received a Golden Hello payment 

cannot be ended if FJ PMSL is processing since the 

clawback record cannot be written to the PV screen.

END v B1 dd.mm.yy  

The end date must match the action date on the B1 

screen, except when action date is 2nd day of Quarter.  If 

action date is 2nd day of Quarter, end date can be either 

the 1st or 2nd day of the Quarter.
