9. MONITORING 

SYSTEM 

This Section of the Operating Manual will provide a description of the Fund's system for 

monitoring all stages of the project cycle, with particular emphasis placed on the project 

application and implementation.  The Monitoring System will be developed, tested and 

evaluated during the year's 3

rd

 and 4

th

 Quarters.  The description of the monitoring program 

and supporting annexes will be inserted into this Operating Manual upon approval by the 

FMC.
