"private key" is used to decode the message. 
Steps

 To access the 
Manage OpenPGP Keys Menu
, click on the  
  icon above the 
words 
Manage OpenPGP Keys
 on the main screen of your cPanel interface.

 To add a new key, click on 
Add Key.

 Complete the form that appears. (Selecting a larger key size will make the key 
more secure)

 Click on 
Generate Key 
to generate the new public key.

The key generator takes some time. Please be patient. 
Removing GnuPG keys 
  
Overview 
GnuPG is a publicly available encryption scheme that uses the "public key" 
approach. With GnuPG, messages are encrypted using a "public key" however, 
they can only be decrypted by a "private key", which is retained by the intended 
recipient of the message.
