Diagnostics

TCP Port Scan use the 

TCP port scan

 tool to check the device connectivity 

by protocol.

Step 5

Click Close to close the results window and return to the Diagnostics window.

SNMP

The SNMP option allows you to gather information on device connectivity and 

reach ability. It allows you to find the value of a specified SNMP variable. 

Normally, this tool is used under the direction of Cisco TAC when they are 

assisting you with troubleshooting a problem.

Procedure

Step 1

Select Administration > Diagnostics. > SNMP.

Step 2

In the Hostname field, enter the device's IP address.

Step 3

In the SNMP OID field, enter the OID of the SNMP variable.

Step 4

In the Credentials field, enter the device credentials. 

Step 5

Do one of the following:

a. Click Ping to test device reach ability.

b. Click Get to display a single value variable.

c. Click Get Table to display a variable that consists of a table.

HSE Info

Use this option to gather troubleshooting information about the status of the 

Hosting Solution Engine.

Status reports show information about the product database status, product 

process status, log files, and so on.
