Views

Changing Views

Use this option to change the view data display.

Procedure

Step 1

Select Monitor >Views. 

Step 2

Select the view you want to change. Click Edit. 

Step 3

Enter changes to the view description in the Edit View dialog box if desired, then 

click Next. If you have no change, click Next.

Step 4

Select the data groups you want to display in the view. Remove or add groups as 

desired. See

 for specific details on each data group. 

Click Next. 

Step 5

Select the order in which you want the data columns to appear. Some columns 

may have a predetermined order and cannot be changed. Click Next. 

Step 6

Select how you want the data in the tables to be sorted (sort by, sort order, and 

row number). Click Next.

Step 7

Click Finish to complete the task as summarized in the Create View Summary 

window. The updated view appears in the Views window.

Deleting Views

Use this option to delete existing views from the Views window. You can delete 

more than one view at a time.

Procedure
